We go far beyond a polished up resume. We take the time to address the emotional issues that inevitably accompany professionals and executives experiencing loss of self-identity and career turmoil.

In return, we ask that all of our participants commit to La Passerelle’s 12-week program. You promise to be open to learning, feedback, new ideas and methodologies. You will fully engage and actively participate in group workshops, one-on-one coaching and self-learning assignments.

Program Criteria
You may qualify for La Passerelle’s job search and career retraining program if you are:

     • Professional

     • Unemployed or underemployed (less than 20 hours per week)

     • Aged 40 years and over

     • Living on the island of Montreal

     • Seeking full-time or part-time work
