-Organiser et faire un suivi régulier des activités quotidiennes de l&#8217;équipe de recherche et développement.<br />
-Participer à l&#8217;implantation et au maintien du système de documentation du département de recherche et développement.<br />
-Particper à la révision des processus en vigueur et à l&#8217;implantation du nouveau système de travail.<br />
-Participer au projet d&#8217;harmonisation des PONs entre le département de recherche et développement et le laboratoire de contrôle qualité.<br />
-Évaluer l&#8217;intégrité scientifique de tous les documents produits par le département de recherche et développement avant les soumissions aux autorités réglementaires.<br />
-Réviser toute la documentation produite par le groupe de développement analytique.<br />
-Contribuer à l&#8217;implantation d&#8217;un système d&#8217;amélioration continue et des bonnes pratiques de laboratoire de recherche et développement.<br />
-Apporter son soutien dans toutes les activités reliées aux spécifications, protocoles de stabilité, méthodes de transfert, rapport et procédures opératoires normalisées PONs.</p>
<p><strong>EXPÉRIENCE PROFESSIONNELLE REQUISE</strong><br />
-Minimum de 5 à 7 ans expérience dans l&#8217;industrie pharmaceutique.<br />
-Expérience dans l&#8217;industrie du médicament générique est essentielle.<br />
-Excellent connaissance des techniques de chimie analytique appliquées dans le milieu pharmaceutique.<br />
-Bonnes connaissances de la réglementation et des lignes directrices de l&#8217;industrie phamaceutiques (ICH, FDA, HC, GMP, pharmacopée).<br />
-Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et habilité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.<br />

<p>Reporting to the Director, Health Fitness and Recreation, the successful candidate will oversee and schedule Fitness Instructor Courses for the centre and be responsible for the administration of F.I.T. files and certifications.  He/She will work 5-7 hours per week in frontline duties by leading group fitness classes and supporting and participating in the centres special events including philanthropic initiatives such as the annual support campaign. </p>
<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><br />
-Scheduling of F.I.T. courses and delivery of a minimum of two F.I.T. phases each annum.<br />
-Administration of F.I.T. records, recertifications and evaluations for phase III group fitness stream.<br />
-Planification of a minimum of 4 instructor workshops per year with the support of the H.F.R. team.<br />
-Lead a minimum of 3 fitness classes in each seasonal schedule.<br />
-Understands and integrates the value of philanthropy in both specific position and participates in the Annual Campaign and/or other fundraising events.<br />
-Planning and leading meetings for group fitness instructors 3x annually.<br />
-Creating group fitness schedules each season and hiring instructors to lead the classes.<br />
-Conducting evaluations of group fitness instructors anually.</p>
<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong><br />
-University degree in Physical Education, Kinesiology or Exercise Science and or related experience in the fitness field.<br />
-Company Certified Fitness Trainer Educator.<br />
-Company Group Fitness &#038; Individual Conditioning Certification.<br />
-Bilingualism.<br />
-Experience in recruitment, training, and supervising of volunteers.<br />
-Proficiency in MS Office.<br />
-Know and promote the company’s values and mission.<br />

-Assessment and distribution of sub-club points and incentive packages for all volunteer fitness instructors.<br />
-Contact members in response to comment cards regarding aquafit and group fitness within 48 hours.<br />

-Manage all rentals in gym, group fitness studios and conditioning room.<br />

The company provides services, project management, consulting and collaborative co-development opportunities to the global biotech and pharmaceutical industry. The company performs research over a broad range of disciplines covering the entire pre-clinical and clinical space for both small molecule and biologics drugs. </p>
<p><strong>THE JOB:</strong><br />
The company is building a team of talented and experienced Project Managers and is currently seeking project managers with specialized experience in (1) designing and managing regulatory toxicology and safety pharmacology projects, (2) managing pre-clinical IND enabling programs and Phase I studies and (3) managing CMC programs. Project Managers report directly to the CSO/CEO, and are responsible for the coordination and management of multiple pre-clinical projects. The role requires the Project Manager to be accountable for a pre-clinical project throughout its entirety, starting at the project planning phase, through the coordination of project execution up to data analysis and report writing. </p>
<p><strong>THE PROJECT MANAGER WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>
<p>Perform all aspects of management of research projects including:<br />
-Initial discussions with clients (external and internal) through to writing of scientific plans, protocols and proposals<br />
-Budget management<br />
-Project execution through management of research activities via outsourcing strategies<br />
-Solving of scientific and logistical problems<br />
-Data analysis, report writing and presentation to clients<br />
-Accountable for the scientific quality of all projects as well as their delivery on time and on budget</p>
<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS, QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE:</strong><br />
-A minimum of a BSc. in a life sciences discipline.<br />
-At least 5 years experience in a CRO preferably as a study director in toxicology or in a pharma/biotech environment managing outsourced drug development programs.<br />
-Practical experience of project management<br />
-Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: Regulatory toxicology, safety pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, CMC, pre-clinical drug development, Phase I clinical studies.<br />
-A quick learner able to rapidly grasp and master new scientific disciplines.<br />
-Dedicated and determined, strong interpersonal skills, comfortable in a small company environment where team work and multi-tasking are mandatory and time-management is essential.<br />
-Excellent oral and written English communication skills are essential. Competency in French is an asset. </p>
